Project discussion and contact
Submitting the contact form is a request to discuss a project. It does not by itself create a binding contract, guarantee acceptance of the work, or guarantee a fixed delivery schedule.
Revisions and changes
Changes in scope, extra features, additional pages, larger integrations, or broader rollout needs may affect the level of work required and may need revised pricing or a separate follow-on phase.
Third-party systems and services
Some projects depend on hosting providers, app stores, APIs, browsers, external software platforms, or other third-party services. Their rules, availability, or approvals are outside TechneOG’s direct control.
Client-provided materials
If a project depends on content, data, account access, branding, or technical materials supplied by the client, the quality and availability of those materials can affect delivery planning and outcome.
No unsupported guarantees
This site does not make guarantees about rankings, app-store approval, legal compliance, security certification, revenue outcomes, or any other unsupported performance claim unless such terms are explicitly agreed separately and truthfully.
Updates to these terms
These general terms may be updated as the public site, service structure, or business process changes. Formal legal review remains a separate owner decision.
